The hall is bright, with 10 windows and 4-meter-high ceilings.

The loft is rented for a minimum of 2 hours 24/7. It is possible to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the party to prepare the event.

For booking, a 50 % prepayment is made on the basis of an invoice.

In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event, the amount will be withheld as compensation.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee of 25 euros.

The loft has a kitchen area without a vicious surface or oven. This is where you can pack your brought food. The kitchen has a fridge with no freezer. Dirty dishes are left inside the dishwasher and rubbish is left near the bin at the entrance to the corridor on the 1st floor

There is wi-fi and a small speaker with a light and music system, which is sufficient. You can also bring your own sound system or other equipment.

You can rent a projector for 25 euros.

It is possible to bring your own alcohol.

During the winter period, bring a change of shoes. If you do not have them, wear shoe covers, which we will provide you with.

Agree in advance the location of the furniture.
